Blaby District Council : Enderby and St. John's Ward
I grew up in Wigston Leicester, but have lived in Enderby St. John's for the last 16 years.
I am 40 years old, married with two teenage boys. In my spare time I like to go out running, and walking my beloved Tibetan Terrier Lola!
I also own my own florist shop in a neighbouring village, being a florist is a very rewarding job as not only do I have to deal with happy occasions I also have to deal with people that have had a bereavement.
Last year I decided I wanted to get more involved in my local community so I became a Parish Councillor for Enderby. I do like where I live and I think the village of Enderby has a lot to offer, but I feel that there are areas that need improving, like the ongoing issues with the Foxhunter island, litter, dog fouling and improving facilities for both young and elderly residents.
I am very sympathetic, always willing to listen, approachable and will always go that extra mile to get the job done.
