SLCA Mastermind 2022

The annual and popular SLCA Mastermind event was a sold-out affair on the 18th November as we gathered at the Broughton Astley Conservative Club to watch the bounty of brainy boffins battle it out for the SLCA Mastermind Trophy.

The contestants this year were all Parliamentary researchers for three of our local Leicestershire MPs.
They included Will Bateman and David Findlay who work for Alberto Costa MP, Narinder Pooni who until very recently worked for Neil O’Brien MP and Victoria Stapleton, the Chief of Staff for Dr Luke Evans MP.

Narinder was the returning champion defending his title from 2021 but despite he and Will scoring the same points as Victoria, it was Victoria who was victorious in the tie break!

Many congratulations to Victoria.
